Oldie but newbie to here

Hello,

Live out in the sticks on the edge of Oxfordshire. Now looking to get back on my old bike after I have breathed a bit of life back into it.

It is just a Raleigh Kalahari Ltd edition with Deore lx gear set - but i love this bike! So will be trying to get some help on fitting front suspension and maybe some other upgrades.

Have about 90 miles of Green lanes and the Ridgeway just up from my house so need to lose the belly and get peddling again!!!!!

Right on my doorstep, and close to Crook Peak / Wavering Down and the Mendips, both excellent (if hilly) places to ride.
