old tioga straight pull hubs

anyone one built one of these up? Anyone have official flange specs maybe? I have a few laying around I'd like to build up, but info is sparse. I've measured them with calipers, but I'd like some confirmation before I have the spokes cut. Straight pull 15g can be difficult to come by.

Cannondaleking built it for me......not the easiest wheelbuild he's ever done by all accounts but he may be able to give you the info you need.
