I've finally found a source for the cable ferrules used on 80's Raleigh Lightweights.
These aren't the normal blank ends with a hole in, they're stepped and fit a small round cable guide on these frames. Imagine the letter 'o' with art of the circle missing. I've spent months searching as the ones on my Ozark are now 21 years old, have worn and fall out of the cable guides while riding. The effect of this ranges from annoying to dangerous.
Anyway. SJS Cycles have them. £1 for 4.
