Old nickel plated Orange

I've got hold of an Orange P7 RS frame and am cleaning it up.
Is it worth having another clear coat put on when I have it shiny again?

Re:

I stripped the old laquer with very fine wire wool .
Didn't bother polishing it then I relacquered mine .

Its stood in the shed about 8weeks now and I don't have to worry about it starting to rust .

I've just got to fit the cables tomorrow and then its finished

Hopefully the laquer will last well .
Theres plenty that have choose to polish and wax the nickle plating.
Pros and cons to both options I suppose.

Got plenty of pics but there to big to upload unfortunately

I'm working through the grades of scotchbrite shining it up.
I get a lot of condensation in the shed, so thinking of laquer

I used 2k etch lacquer on mine .
I think the only other option is a clear powder coat maybe .
As for the shed adding a couple of vents helps for airflow .
Got any pics to put up so far ?
Still not quite finished mine .
Just got the front mech cable to put on and the chain needs a few links removed .

I haven't got to grips with putting pics on here yet.
A local powder coater did a good job on another frame , at the time he did suggest clear coat the bare metal, so I was thinking of giving him a call .
