I think it may be 9825 77 stamped under the BB. It has Rigida Superchromix 26" wheels on Pelissie hubs. I don't think the wheels are original. I think it would have been a single speed. But I could be wrong. Any info would be great. Thanks

Blurry phot but the chainset looks like a Nicklin...components aren't always a reliable indicator of age. I didn't think ClassicLightweights identified bikes - are there any numbers on the dropouts? Rk.
