I never used one. Does the Paul rear mech work well with XT Thumb Shifters?

This isn't a Paul mech it's Precision Billet (Proshift) - I have one and once tuned in it works fine with rapid fire and thumbies. I'd have to say that shimano offers slicker and ultimately more reliable shifting over time though.

There are others on here who will have far more experience with this mech than I. I'm sure they'll be along shortly...
