After my Sbike 503 got nicked in 2003, I spent 8 years looking for another one locally. Turns out there simply weren't any in all of Belgium.
Then in the second half of august I purchased a 729 frame on eBay, had it shipped from Spain and signed up here to get some ideas on what parts I could/should use to rebuild it.

I made a promise to myself that I'd use my Bulls for commuting and keep the 729 for the occasional ride if the weather was perfect. I was only going to have those two, and that was it.

The 729 isn't even being built yet and it's now joined by not one, but two 503s.

Thank you very much, RetroBike. If I can ever return the favor ...

hahahaah, im considering on going singlespeed once my retro project is done, with all the spare parts i guess....
I will only need a frame... and prly a saddle...

It is a very slippery slope; enjoy the ride down because you cannot climb out even if you had a Panaracer Spike on the rear
