OGD internals? Now with reward! *SOLVED!!!*

Well, I had my XTR 952's, but these are completely different. They have metal pointers (what is the point, I would almost say) and a spring under that rotation point.

I am still clueless of were the spring has to go and I have now problems sleeping. My wife says she doesn't recognize me any more and the family is falling apart.......

But maybe someone can save me! The reward will be a set of Retrobike stickers!!
