Being a trike you could use it on a car licence but there's no plates

Possibly.... if it can pass msva or equivalent.....which it won't (trikes are far harder to get through than motorbikes)......... or if you can get a certificate from a recognised owners group dating it and stating its historically correct and not a bunch of parts....
