Tyres have to go and the Thomson stem is out of place, a nice Titec would look better. USE Ti post would also maybe a better choice?

Nice bike fella. Needs a ti stem I reckon. I got a Nuke Proof stem to fit to my NP but it was horrible.
Not a fan of the tyres but then again who am I to say as I've got red Ritcheys on mine at the moment
