Nice one Jimmy, the only thing I would change is the stem. If you found a comfy position and can get your hands on the right one it wil look a lot better and save you a few grams.
Oh and you can put the brake cables behind the brake arms, there is even a little hook for that on the brake. I think you have cut them just in the right length .
You mean the inner cable that is leftover after the clamping bolt?
The stem is something that I need to keep for the moment because I want to ride this bike myself and need an easily adjustable stem.
By the way, the bike is lightweight and very smooth.
It glides perfectly without any problem and it responds very well even on hard terrain.
Had a 2 hour ride last week (see pictures of kew bridge) and i really enjoyed it.
