IIRC I think just me & 'V' had falls 3-3 the rest of the girls managed to stay up-right.

velo fell aff 3 times ye say? Cannae be true Rob, I thought he was a riding god.
Well at least that's the impression I got when he wis takin the pish oot me fer fallin aff. ;)

I had thought about jist turning up for this even with sair ribs but we had a birthday/fireworks party at ours last night with about a dozen and a half friends. Me and my mate ended up finishing his bottle of 49.9% Ardbeg Auriverdes malt that his son had given him (£50 a bottle  ) so didnae get tae bed till about 3. Excellent smooth malt that is extremely easy tae swally.

Re:

It's been a fortnight since I've had my leg over ................. a bike and today it took a long time
to get in the zone :? Me whippen and pumpin near the end spoke for its self.
Ive just heard through the grape vine that todays ride was a very respectable 5 hours AND good
mileage hence me feeling a bit drained noo

"If you go down to the woods today your sure for a big surprise!"

Re:

If you got the impression I was a riding God OCP then I'm flattered. Complete ar** is mair like, all crashes were avoidable, testament to the fact is only I crashed at those points. Good laugh though

Re:

I do do sarcasm and I was aware you were doing it I just felt the need to explain my ineptitude on the day. The 3rd and final crash was a low side slide. Never done one of those before on a bicycle, several times on a motorbike yes but first time on a push bike. Least painful crash I've ever done but pretty spectacular
