NOS Zeus 'New Racer' brakeset

Please excuse the crappy photos, only had my phone available. I can get some "proper" shots next week, if required.

Completely original down to the grease used on the caliper springs. Original pads, cables, plus all spacers and nuts included. Original box is a bit scruffy, but it's there. Calipers are stamped 'SPAIN', and 'Zeus New Racer'. Drilled brake levers stamped 'Zeus'.

Price: 85GBP + 20GBP postage from Australia, (less within Aus.)

Very nice, the levers have recently been added to Velobase. This model is listed in the 1984 Ron Kitching catalogue as a 'no-nonsense brake at a down-to-earth price for the budding champion' weight 690gm for the set.

RRP in 1984 was £20.32 - but that has no relevance now!

EDIT - just noticed that your stirrups have 'conventional' brake shoes whereas the ones shown in the RK catalogue have 'aero' style ones. Hmmmm?!
