NOS parts - what have you all got?

I've got a Nos 1 1/8" XT headset, put a cheeky bid on EBay and got it for £20. But that's all and as soon as I get my steerer sorted it'll go on my Zaskar. I don't buy Nos normally as everything I buy get used so I can't see the point in spending extra money. Like Hydorah haven't the room for a garage queen not that the missus would let me either!

Agreed, that's the problem with NOS bits - I always buy with the intention of sticking them on something... then when the time comes I suddenly decide... erm no, best not. Wouldn't want to get that scratched now, would we?
They're a bit of a curse, but they never fail to catch my eye on RB or ebay.
Restoring bits to mint condition can be satisfying, though I never go to the lengths some guys on the site do (my skills run out pretty quick one I get beyond polishing alloy bits up with some autosol!)

I buy NOS because it's available to me. Everything will get used or traded/sold for something that will get used. Some of it is stuff recently purchased and earmarked for projects that will get underway once the temperature in the garage goes above zero (who am I kidding. +10).
I have 2 LBS close by that are owned by serial hoarders. Piles and piles of NOS stuff and I'm one of the few people that's allowed in the back rooms to sift through it (still looking for the 2 Tioga Disc kits that are buried in the back....literally). LTSs? 2 or 3. STSs? at least 2. Trunion mount through shaft RS Deluxes? Drawers of them. probably 100+ NOS Manitou 2,3,4 fork crowns of various length/style/diameter (threaded/ahead). His sons keep joking they're going to start sneaking garbage bags of stuff out to the dumpsters at night.
