*NOS* KIRK magnesium ATB frameset

The trouble is even if you then spend money on building it up, it will still be a kirk so will always have a maximum value and for most it will still rarely be as a complete bike, no more than about £150. On that basis I would say £50-£75 for a nos fame

Besides they ride like kak..made out of 1sqm of sea water..and that is where they belong

Re:

They break! Wouldn't touch one with a barge pole. Used to sell them in the 90's and most of them came back with rear drop out failure!

Re:

You can have my original complete bike for £125.00 so the frame is well over priced. As others have said they are a quirky, unusual novelty of a bike but they are different if that's what you are after.

Re:

They're nothing spevial, I mean, they look funky, if you like that sort of thing, but they're nothing special to ridethink I sold my full bike (which had been upgraded and refurbished) for around £100 a couple of years ago, so the ask8ng price for that "NOS" frame is frankly ridiculous. It may be NOS, but it's still a Kirk!!
As for the frames breaking, they did, but mine didn't, anyway, you see plenty of high end aluminium frames that crack, so I wouldn't be unduly worried about that.
