Hello all. I have 4 New old stock (as far as i can tell) Bendix 76 Coaster brakes 28 hole. I bought a job lot of Retro MTB bits from my local auction and htese were in the box amongst them. I dont not collect BMX bikes or Schwinn bikes so thought i would put them on here for sale. They all come with a bag with the Sprocket and nuts etc and the main unit. There are some dings etc on them but they look unused all thruout. I downloaded the manual for one and it said they should be regreased every year so i dismantled one and the Grease was Very dark and sticky so ive cleaned one out and regreased it all. It seems to move the same as it did before i cleaned it out but id say the others need a regrease and service too which i will do for any buyer unless they want to do it themselves. All of the internal parts look new and unused too and the shims are untouched as is the worm gear set. I will clean another one tomorrow and put pics up of the internals as i forgot to take pics of the last iine as i was doing it. I will do them for £85 each Plus postage as i feel they are worth around £100/£120 new but i have done ok with the other parts i bought with these so im happy with £85. If anyoone thinks i have overpriced please message me as i sadi im not up on BMX/SCHWINN etc so i may have gotten my research wrong.
