North West retrobike jumble

Yes this sounds great, could become a regular thing if enough interest!
Meeting at a trail centre or cafe would add an extra dimension - literally just opening your cars boot to display your wares would be sufficient rather than renting a covered space.

Re:

Hello everyone.

Long time lurker...

Funnily enough I'm in the process of organising a cycle jumble under the auspices of my local cycling club at the moment.
It's due to take place some time in November (date TBC) at my workshop in Macclesfield.
Could easily incorporate a retro ride too.

I shall post an update in due course.

Re:

Excellent idea most cycle jumbles I've been to are
More or less strictly for the roadie fraternity with little in the way
Of Mtb
Would also be good to meet up with likeminded people

Re:

I could well be up for this as I have loads of gear I don't need, that is great but uneconomical to sell on due to postage costs.

Bingo...excellent plan, Paul.
Anything we can do to help?

All the best,

Hello Dan good to hear from you.

If you can find about 30 trestle tables that'd be awesome!

as long as its not the 6th ;)

count me in for a day out, excuse to bring the xr2 oer tha mooooorrrs

Re:

That would be great. Like the idea of selling out of the car boot to save on the cost of hiring somewhere.
