north east powder coating?

can anyone recommend a powder coaters in the north east?

i dont need anything fancy just a simple sandblast of a frame and forks and a coating in a nice bright white, simples

Not quite NE but I got mine done at a spot in Bingley, West Yorks. They did a fantastic job. I'll dig out the name if it's any use.

They can arrange pick up and delivery as well........did indeed do a good job- I had to take some of the coating off to get the rear shock mounted, and it wasn't that easy- good tough coating.
Cost was £50 plus vat for satin dark grey, mebbe not the cheapest, but far less hassle and much better than rattle cans!

Ah, so you took the plunge Lysander Mine was same price for candy grey. Think some colours are cheaper. Very tidy job.

Just outside newcastle and very good. Iv had several frames done there and they have all been excellent. They do a large variety of colours and finishes. Prices for a flat colour (blasted then coated) is about £30, more tarty finishes push the price to £60.

Turnaround is usually about 3 days.

Yup- I have some pics somewhere of the frame when I put the decals on........

Was going to go for grey with orange lettering, but scored a set of fulcrum wheels so went for red to match.

More or less built up now, major task is shortening the brake hoses- pics when complete!
