Hello bud, what steerer length do you need? and do you need a threaded or thread less steerer (basically does your stem slot into your steerer or does it clamp on? and finally what's the axle to crown height of the fork? just so we don't botch your frames geometry.

Thanks very much for making me aware of the important details regarding forks that I naively omitted. The stearer tube is a threadless tube, the one with the 'star' thread inserted down the tube etc. The existing steerer length appears to be approximately 210mm. The axle to crown length is a bit of a problem, I passed the existing forks on to a work colleague who said he would have a look at them, but I didn't bother asking for them back, I would guess the axle to crown length to be approximately 450mm, I only say that because I did a bit of research on the web and found some 'suntour' forks that were very similar. Thanks again for your reminder there, much appreciated.
