Ritchey dropouts, but NOT a Ritchey frame... its been on the Bay about twelfty times in the last year or so, or one like it has... I think it was assumed to be a Saracen...

That does look like a nice frame, but not a ritchey. Fairly sure the only people to pierce the top tube with the seat tube were Saracen (in the early-mid '90s) Could it be a killi comp?
