Nice, light 16-17" steel frame, Kona or other

Looking for nice, high quality 16-17" steel frame, preferably late ninties Kona, but may be other. May need repaiting. Steerer size 1.1/8". I do not really know what i'm looking for - i just bought nice 100mm Z.1 Bomber and want to make a new 8sp era, rigid all mountain bike around it.

Would love to have titanium frame for it, but in this case cost may be a problem...

Anyway if it is in light blue and in good condition, i will love it. If not i will have it repainted

I have a baby blue kona in 16" was repainted by argos for the previous owner.

After £50 posted for frame and kona headset. (UK post)

The odd scratch and scrape but ok.

I'm afraid Stumpy will not accept 100mm Bomber, it will make headtube way too high...
