Sorted Nice 1” quill with noodle / cable hole

Good afternoon,
I have a Diamondback Apex from around 1986 which has a lovely stock 2 piece Nitto stem.
As much as I love the look it’s just too high with not enough reach.

I’m looking for a vaguely age-appropriate stem to replace it.

You can make it all easier if you could determine what rise and reach you want.

around 10 degree rise and around 130mm reach would be ideal.
