Just picked up a 1991 Marin Palisade, just serviced it and it rides sooo smoothly, far better as a commuter than my Cannondale Prophet, probably not as good around Cwm Carn though

It'll still be fun though, you ought to join in on one of the forum rides, it's quite surprising what you can get up to on retro bikes
