Newbie, please help! Peugeot model/date

Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me date a Peugeot that's languishing in my garage, and figure out the model. The forks are Reynolds 501, frame states Peugeot carbolite 103.
There is a sticker on the rear stay which is faded but looks like it shows
4336422
PH 101563
Has an 80's Peugeot logo.
Any ideas/info greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Ps. If I haven't provided enough info please be kind, this is not my specialism!

The forks must be replacements, as far as I know Carbolite and Reynolds weren't mixed.

According to the PDFs I found on the net my bike came with 501 frame and carbolite forks
