Re:

Where is the best and cheapest place on the net to get tyres, inner tubes, brake cables in and covers? Any one got any good sites?

Think I am going to get it re sprayed? Where is the best place. Also when I strip all the components off. What should I be replacing them with?

Personally wouldn't respray that as it looks nice as it is.

I would just check the wheel hubs, re grease if necessary. Stick some new inner cables. Check bottom bracket. New bar tape. Charge spoon saddle or similar.

Cable sets on ebay for complete inners or wiggle, chain reactions, SJS, Probikekit. Outer cable sold in lengths. Both easy to fit.

Get some wire wool, some GT85, some autosol (or what ever metal polish you like). Give the components a good once over. Put back together and ride it.

I like the Jagwire pro kits for brakes/Gears. £20 a throw. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Jagwire-Road- ... 1201160291

or you can get a cheap set for a Fiver :
