Newbie needs help identifying a frame =) TIA

How can you be so sure?

To me there is quite a lot resemblance with a BikeTech (incl seatpost size), but with Ritchey stays (another product by the Toyo shop).

Moreover the Parkpres don't match exactly too.

I don't know what it is....and to be honest, I don't care. It looks like junk to me.

But general concensus was ParkPre.

thanks sorry if I mis interpreted, I will take better pictures with my digital camera over the weekend, sent it out to be primed, and prepped for painting. More and more I am convinced that this frame is a Toyo, thanks to input from you guys I did some visual search through Toyo frames and I managed to chance upon a close match, the only difference is probably the size. Again many thanks for your help and more power to the forums!!!
