Retro Newbie
hello all, newbie alert i've just registered, i have a few old classic road bikes & my two daily/fun bikes one is an old giant yukon, i think the one i have is 1st generation yukon, the road bikes i have are a raleigh equipe & an old road bike which i'll have to post a pic up of! it may be a bob jackson but i'm unsure! need some expert advice from the road racer types
my other daily is a single speed/fixed raleigh commuter style bike, i'm unsure of its age or model though, all i can tell is it has an alloy frame 700c wheels!

may have a few bike bits to sell on that i dont need or will use also

i'll pop up some pics tomorrow

lol

going fixed its an attempt at getting fitter but its harder than i expected!

i may just stick with a singl speed freewheel lol

i've not cycled for a good while in all honesty but getting back into it slowly!

i like fiddling with bikes though & painting frames

my current daily, nothing special but its fits me perfect! would'nt mind a brooks sprung seat on her though! i have a new chainring on order + some lil trinkety bits, keeping her simple!

i;ll get some pics sorted for the weekend, esspecially of the bike i believe may be a bob jackson

it is like a creamy/beige frame & all the joints are really smooth, no weld or brazing marks
it has centre pull brakes, brooks saddle, a light bike for the age of it!
loverly frame, need some tlc which it'll get eventually!

the raleigh equipe is in need of a rebuild really wheels are shot! needs stripping, re-greasing, lovery light bike though, i think they were quite underated!

my giant yukon mountainbike i think i'll be selling as i just dont really get the chance to use it offroad, brilliant strong alloy frame, it needs brake pads & brakes adjusting but its been & is a cracking bike for the £££
