Hi all,
Thought I would start by saying hi
I've recently bought a 1981 marlborough bmx.
Its nothing special I know, but just looking at it takes me back to my youth...
I stripped it down the day I got it, stripped the paint and resprayed it. And rebuilt it.
I will be using it as a rider and I'm on the look out for something to restore that's decent.
Thinking maybe a 80s burner, mongoose or diamindback.
I don't intend to pay loads for one tho, gonna be trawling the internet and local tat mans hauls to see what I can find.
I'm no spring chicken,so its a trip down memory lane for me and a father son bonding ssession
Hope to chat with you guys and more than likley get opinions on parts and bikes as and when I find them....
