Actually I am a bit puzzled with who built which Presto frame questions, Old Ned. The horizontal seat clamp slot is a Serier touch, so that is why I think Serier is most likely for this frame.

That's a beautifully built frame.. A Presto is definitely on my wishlist...

Not noticed that. An interesting little touch which I don't remember seeing anywhere else before. Perhaps all the builders interchanged ideas.
