Forgot to add, sadly not found a set of longer RockShox boots going spare in the UK to match the travel increase I gave them, so purchased some NOS ATi clear ones from the US. These originally cheap forks that prompted the build have really cost me a fortune!

AC (Adventure Components), if a RaceFace version in red comes up, I’d consider swapping out but for now, it’ll do

Just waiting for bar extenders to arrive, then cables to do, hoping I have enough XTR grey kicking about from a donor bike and previous builds, and pedals

Bar extenders arrived today, nicely made and fit well. Definitely going to cut them down though to add 3cm each side rather than five.

Started thinking about outer cables, added the rear peices in XTR grey, not sure though if black would suit the build better or not?

I’m going with the grey, got it kicking about so shame not to use it with the mainly XTR kit

Bar extenders came from eBay, I’ll find a link and post below.
I’ve cut them down to 30mm both sides to give a total bar length of 615mm, much better fit for me now.

Just cables and pedals to sort plus swap out the short shock boots for correct length clear ATi ones winging their way from America
