New + Peugeot project!

Recently i found my Holly Grale, a Peugeot Safari VTT310 CMS. This bike has some emotional priority for me. New cables and bearings are comming soon. Also new bolts are going to be in place soon. It has de Sachs Twistring shifters so i'am going to replace them for Sachs PowerGrip shifters. The Pro Team is a the moment disasembled and cleaned. I few new parts are stil missing. De Altitude is also cleaned. For this bike i have collected a Deore II MT-62 groupset inclusive a NOS thumb shifter set.

Just weighted the Pro Team frame and the Safari VLV frame. They come in at 2700 gram and 2900 gram. That is a 200 gram difference!

I will open a new topic for my first 'very small' project the Safari CMS and VLV.

I have no idea? Probably has to be made from scratch. If you want i can make some photo's so you can manipulate them in photo-shop? What colour and size is your Safari? Do you have the Sachs Classic groupset on it or a Shimano groupset?

peugot tim gould

I got this recently off a guy who was let down by a buyer and I was getting some other stuff from. It says Tim Gould on the frame and made in France the tubes are marked Ritchey I am just doing it up to use as a commuting ride. Does anyone know how old it would be it has cantilever brakes and altus chain set. I would post a picture but I don't know how to they are all too big it says. Thanks for any info.

Hi, Alexutus. I'am affraid can't sell it. It took me some time tot find one and buy it. When i find a better frame in the future it becomes available. :D
