New Pauls Components SS crank

I suspect that if people are using sq taper on their mtbike cranks then it would most likely be JIS (in most cases).

Campag make quality stuff but designing Pauls cranks for Campag bb's only will be limiting the potential clientele I reckon. They're very nice looking cranks but another thing that I'd prefer would be 175 length instead of 180's, I've never felt that I've needed any extra length (fnarr fnarr).

I'm a Middleburn fan myself, I've used genuine WI cranks but gave them to a mate, fine cranks they were (and still are) too.

Sorry, WI ENO 180mm for me every time :)

Believe me, I love Paul stuff but campag taper would put me off

Are 180mm crank lengths not just for 6' giants... I would love a set of those pauls if the singlespeed works out allright for me , but I feel 180mm length cranks with my tiny legs  would be too long, is it recommended that when riding a singlespeed bike you use longer crank arm lengths for more leverage ?

I usually use either 170s or 172.5s ? btw...

I use 175 on my single speed and I'm no giant. I believe in sticking with what feels okay and 175 feels okay to me. I know it's hard to believe that a few mill can make any difference but the 172.5's on the roadbike always initially feel a wee bit strange to me.

Concerning the Pauls cranks: If you're one of these people who like to swap your cranks over from time to time it's gonna be a little more of a rave up changing cranks and bb's. :(
