New Oldsmobiles are in early this year (New Shimano XT )

Somebody in the Shimano design department needs to be fired over that crank-chainring combo! (same goes for the new XTR) You couldn't get it to look any cheaper even if you tried. The rest is OK. Sram cranks aren't as horrid, Race Face ones are decent. Why Shimano? Why?
