Was about to write the same as biker23. I have bought stuff from this seller before and I can not say anything bad, as long as you know what you are getting. They are refurbished or at least re-annodized. My set of Race Face Turbines was definitely sanded down. They were a lot smoother than the originals and the anno seemed "thicker". Great for a wall-hanger or show bike, but I wouldn't take them down the Widowmaker ... btw, he has sold "Kooka Night Storm" cranks and levers before ...

EDIT: the seller actually does not use the term "NOS". In the German original his text translates to "NEW, others; factory seconds/second choice".

Love the brake levers but never been a fan of these cranks, which are quite prone to cracking anyways.
