New Klein owner

Hello everyone
I have owned many steel bikes in my life and have deliberately avoided aluminum bikes.
I have recently moved to Centralia Washington and keep hearing about a guy name Klein.
Klein made bikes in Chehalis Washington for a while.
Chehalis Washington is right next door to me.
I saw a nice looking bike for sale and it happened to be a Klein.
It looks to be a Performance but I am not sure of the year.
It is equipped with complete Shimano 600 Group Set.
Can anyone identify the serial number?

I'm pretty sure that the PE stands for the model Performance. The number zero could mean 1990 but I could be wrong on that.

This bike is oddly so right. The paint, the gray rims, the black stem, the triple, the turnt up bars. Looks to be my size, 58cm.
