New frame with Shimano proprietary downtube bosses.

I just picked up a NOS Cilo frame that unfortunetly has the old Shimano proprietary downtube bosses. I've been mucking around with trying to get some Campagnolo and Simplex shifters to mount but have no luck so far. Is there a way to mount these mayne with an adapter kit or something similar? I

In short, you need these

You're stuck with Shimano but at least you can mount a something on there

Thanks, looks like I'll have to either mod them or just get some 600-series shifters.
