New carbon forks, steerer too small?!?

Just installed new carbon forks but i think the steerer is just too small. Is it safe to ride like this??

no dont do it - get yourself either a fork with proper steerer lengh, or a stem and a headset with lower height and you can use this fork.

As the local Polish bike shop "mechanic" said to me when i asked the same question!

"No no no, not if you respect your life" lol

And mine was nowhere near as low as that!

Strange that , we have a Polish mec' ic in our LBS
