need some parts for my new purchase m-trax 1000l

hi I am after some parts for my raleigh m-trax 1000l so i thought i might as well start a thread. i am a rider not a builder of bikes so not too clued up on "special" parts so bare with me

first i need a straight bar lighter the better ( in keeping with the frame )
some grips, some bar ends ( bull bars). and some thumbshifters Deore or XT ( i will be trusting who ever sells me them will know they are suitable for the bike ). a seat post and a saddle maybe a selle italia xo flow. i suppose i need some cables.
also the bolt that secures the seat post to the frame has been rounded so i need a new one of these so i can actually tighten the seat post lol.
and if i think of anything else i shall post it on here. I dont have a big bank account so be kind to me

I have a shiney new, unused seat bolt like this - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/320733689708 - if it's any good to you. Bought it but didn't check the dimensions - needs an 8mm bore so didn't fit my frame. £1.75 posted
