Yes...the true temper tubing was made in the USA then sent to Taiwan where it was jigged and TIG welded into a frame, primed, painted, decaled, clear coated and packed into a box and shipped by container to the country of destination. :D

Ah right, So the made in the USA thing is a bit of a con then, Well you learn something new everyday. Still cracking ride though wherever it was built :cool:

It's not misleading at all. It's the True Temper sticker that says the tubing is made in the USA. The only steel GT's ever made in the USA are the Psyclones. The only Hardtail the Zaskar (LE). Anumber of the RTS, LTS and STS's were mostly the -1 models and the teams though. The rest were imported.
