Need some advice, clean a sticker off Carbon Fibre frame?

Hi!

Just picked up my Trek Domane and it had a few warning stickers about the dangers of riding a damaged carbon frame.

I've tried to remove them by hand, but that's left a nasty white patch (it's the main adhesive part of the sticker) on the frame.

I'm afraid to try anything to clean it off without first asking you guys about what products are safe on paintwork and carbon fibre frames especially.

WD40 and a soft rag ?

white spirit or a citrus based cleaner should do the job.

yep wd40 will work ,warm the stick up with a hair dryer :xmas-big-grin: , but don't try the wife's nail varnish remover :facepalm:

+1 for wd40 or goo gone which does work as well.

Citrus based cleaner and then polish with a car polish just had the same issue and it cleaned up great
