Need help identifying a frame

I picked up a mystery frame today from a storage locker clearout sale.

- Frame is steel and has been stripped of paint. Weighs 2.61KG with headset

- Forward facing dropouts (maybe originally a single speed?)

- A disc tab and cable routing have been brazed on.

- Threaded 68mm bottom bracket

- 34mm head tube

- Seat tube outer diameter is roughly 28mm.

- Seat tube inner diameter is roughly 25mm

- Rear spacing is 135mm but I don't know if it's been cold-set

- Fits a 700c wheel and maybe a 35mm tire max

- Serial number is GH17460089

Any help identifying it would be greatly appreciated!

Looks like an Aries, possibly a Seven.

Oh wow, I think you may be right especially since they seem to be a local company (I'm also in Vancouver.) I thought the disc tab cable routing was added by the previous owner but it appears to have been like that from the factory. Thank you for helping me figure it out
