Over the years, I have gone to extraordinary lengths to connect with Black Sabbath, and set about visiting places associated with the band.

We discovered the location of their first album cover released in 1970. It is on the Thames at Mapledurham Water Mill. The image certainly set the precedent of what sort of music you were going to hear:

I heard this for the first time in 2017 at Academy Records on 1st and East 12th. I couldn't believe it was Sabbath when I asked at the counter so he skipped back to Sabbath Bloody Sabbath and it soon made sense
