Nearly there....

I lost my big school best mate to a RTA on the very stretch of the M4 you take Pip. He was also on his bike. So any diversions off there I'd thoroughly endorse (not that you need it). His widow wrote about how she coped (and didn't) https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/1452570450/ ... TF8&btkr=1

That all said, those combats are first class. Have you though about getting a side-car so you could squeeze in a proper bike and go riding? ;)

Re:

Rightyho, an update on my treatment:

My 10th and final Chemotherapy cycle commenced on Friday at WBCH, and then the Chemo Pump was removed on Sunday after the last of the infusions that takes 48 hours. The PICC Line was removed yesterday – ouch!, so that is me done for now – hurrah.

I see Oncology face to face at the RBH at the end of July, with just a blood test result, but no Scan just yet.

I currently feel a bit whacked out, but overall pretty good I reckon. It’s a bit sad to think that I may not see some of those Nurses again who were treating me. One in particular wanted to see my motorbike….. and have a go on the back  . She is in her 60’s, and quite some character, and very Rock ‘n’ Roll. I told her that my Kawasaki isn’t really suitable for a passenger, and that she should find someone who has a more comfortable touring bike. Anyway, she still wanted to see it, so I rode it round to the hospital today for her :D .
