Mystery Raleigh lugged mtb

Can any of you fine fine people help me identify this single speed mtb I am purchasing, its been resprayed and is a Raleigh, I am intrigued by those lugs....whats it made of? Is it Reynolds??

Have you tried a magnet against each of the tubes? If it sticks to the lugs and rear triangle, but not the top and down tubes then it's probably a dynatech or m-trax with titanium top and down tubes. If it sticks to all then it's probably some flavour of Reynolds.

I dont pick her up til tuesday, I am hoping its reynolds at least, not some hi-ten rubbish, carbon forks look half decent, not bad for 50 quid. A TI Dynatech would be good too, or is TI not as good as 501/531?
