I took modern heavy sh!t,
a chain set, front derailleur and pedals.

They'll be good for my bike sponsor Tony who destroys his bike on a regular basis....

I whittled the box down to get it smaller threw some of what I would consider past it's best bits away and donated a couple of useful tooly bits to the local bike rescue.
