Mystery Frame, Help? Roberts? Thorn?

Can any identify this frame? Got of lovely extras for a touring setup very light and well built.

Roberts maybe? Seatpost makes me think it maybe as it’s similar to my roberts

Another suggestion is thorn?

Cantilever or disc options
Lots of bosses and mounting points
Number is 130104

The fillets look a bit rough for a Roberts (I dont mean that in a disparaging way, as in quality, it’s just they seem less filed-down).

Yeah that was my thoughts also, not that smooth compared to any Roberts I’ve seen. thanks

No idea what it is, but it looks very well put together and perfect for a bit of on/off-road touring and bikepacking. Very similar to a Roughstuff but with almost Surly levels of rack brazed on mounts

That my exact plan for building it, but needs a paint as pretty rough so hoping to figure out the builder first… am not holding my breath

Wow that's a puzzle!

I am wondering if it is a much-modded production frame, something like an Orange Prestige, Dawes Edge or similar. The rear disc mount looks very aftermarket - I would expect a disc/canti frame to have removable canti bosses for neatness.
The unfiled fillet braze looks very Dawes, although I would expect engraved seatstay caps (similarly for Roberts). Likewise the bottle bosses are typical Orange.

The M6 rack bolts mean it's no Thorn.

Could it be a Rourke, Jackson, or Yates? It looks very much specced by a builder or owner who knew exactly what they wanted.

No idea on the frame origins but a very nice do it all no nonsense bikepacking ride, build it! build it up!

Not sure if this helps or is anyhow clear already, the disc mounts look like IS2000 standard (51mm between eyelets?), this means that frame could be dated roughly between 2000 and 2005-ish (before IS was loosing rapidly popularity).
