Mystery cranks?

hi guys. Any idea which manufacturer made these cranks? Very light, cross between L&M, middleburn ,real, Grafton. Of the 90,s era but just cant find ant leads to them. Any info greatly received. Thanks

They look a bit home brewed with all the filing marks all over them? Is the spider removable or one piece?

They look familiar, not home brew. A bit of Google foo and a few misses I've found some identical cranks. FRM CU2.
