It’s wearing a pair of early 90s Cannondale Pepperoni forks with the force 40 brake pivot.

Which response would you like

The 'no shit Sherlock' or the 'I know, I took them off a bleedin Cannondale!'

Or the slightly less terse its the frame I'm trying to identify here, it been raining most of the afternoon and I've got bugger all else to do

Maybe a Taiwanese Alfton frame. Looks very similar to my '93 Wheeler 9900. Also 1.1/4 inch but with 31.6 post and a few other small differences. Every brand ordered the frames their way.

I can see where you are going with the Boss but no, theres no rack or mudguard mounts on mine and the cable stops are different plus its anodised rather than painted.
