I've decided to try and shift a few more bits and pieces, so here's a few things to start the ball rolling..
There will be a few more things added in due course as and when I unearth them - there'll be an eclectic mix of the old and newish, tasty parts and things for the shonky old hack bike. Black ano Cook Brothers RSR's, 175 mm length and in lovely shape, tiny bit of heel rub on drive side and marks from pedal fitting but otherwise excellent, tapers and threads fine and mint engraving! Best I've personally seen for a while for sale (hence why I've mothballed them for sooo long) Chainring bolts and washers included £110 SOLD
New style Syncros micro adjust post, 27.2mm dia and 350mm length. Pretty much unused, slight fitting scratches as normal but right on end of post so probably will not be seen unless you run a frame way too small £30 SOLD
'98 Specialized Rockhopper FS frame with Indy C fork. 18" centre to top, 21.5 inch top tube. Last of the steel frames, Ritchey Nitanium tubing. The bike was pinched and recovered in the past so the frame number has been stamped over at some stage :roll: Otherwise it's is pretty good bar a small ding on the top tube from bike falling and bars spinning around. Fork works fine. Everything in pictures also included (altus front mech, b/b, headset stem) £45 SOLD
Modern Deore 9 speed shifter/brake combos (ST M-510). Work perfectly fine but scratched up from bike being upside down, right hand shifter barrel adjuster also seems to have walked (I'll have a look under the sofa) £12
Onza cromo (Raw?) barends, used with bar tape so not really scratched up for a change, end caps missing but easily sorted £4 SOLD
STX-RC 8 speed rear mech, again works fine.. £7
Diacompe (vc757) V brakes, very nice and shiny! Similar design to avids and so work pretty well. New brake blocks just fitted and come with all bolts, noodles etc £9
NOS crud claws, designed to bolt onto rear qr and keep muck out of cassette for those in the know.. Choose from purple,black,red or green anodised. 7/8 speed fittings except purple version which is a bit older and 7 speed only £4 each
18" Dawes Edge frame and fork from around 1991, Reynolds 531 Magnum tubing. Bought from gradeAfailure from here recently but I've changed plans so I'm parting with it Very tatty paint but underneath it's actually a very nice lugged frame with cool touches like chain hanger and full rack/fender mounts! Would make a great singlespeed or commuter with a quick strip and powdercoat, plus 531 is bombproof..Will come with all that I received with it (XT b/b, headset, stem, seatpost) £25 SOLD
Specialized (sugino) compact chainset, 42/32/22 with 175mm crank length, usual rub marks but tapers and threads good and plenty of life in the rings £17
Ritchey Comp modern bar, slight marking where bar was removed from stem, otherwise as new. 585mm length £10
Original Panaracer Smoke Lite and Dart amberwall tyre set, used but no damage to sidewalls and plenty of tread still, good for the rider. Sold as pair £30
Deore DX 7 speed hubs on 32 hole Ritchey Rock 385/415 rims with ritchey spokes and gold alloy nipples. Rims and hubs in very good shape, rear has had 1 spoke replaced and could do with a slight tweak but otherwise pretty much true. Comes with good condition 12-28 cassette Tyres not included (listed above!) £70
