took 4 hrs for the non-drive and 5 1/2 hrs for the drive side

they look pretty good. but 9.5hrs?

surely a polishing shop would do that for not a lot of money and save you a lot of time .

i could have done it at work with all the gear too but there's a certain saticfaction of finishing something by hand with your spare time it just feels good

that's a seriously awesome job mate!

but how long will that finish last when the part is actually mounted and used? 9+ hrs is a lot of time invested that will possibly wiped away in a 5 minute ride. :?

All of those are vey nice Gleaming parts are always garrunteed to produce a biiig smile.

But im not so sure about polishing up parts for anything other than a show bike as ive found stuff to dull very quikly -_-
